The Committee of Management is responsible for the planning and overseeing of the day to day operations of the Preschool. The Committee consists of parents who volunteer their time and skills to assist with the running of the Preschool. The Committee is comprised of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Ordinary Members. The Committee is responsible for:
- the setting and collecting of fees
- paying accounts
- purchasing equipment
- fundraising
- managing enrolments
- organising the maintenance of buildings and facilities
- preparing grant applications and working on special projects
- the publicity and promotion of the Preschool.
